I have book a flight on the website www.travolook.in. My flight was cancelled on 9th july due to operational reason as stated. The reference no is REF[protected]. Coustomer service told me to wait 10-15 days for refund. After that i have contacted the coustomer care for more than 15 time and each time their excuse was same, problem in marcent side. Please resolve this issue
