Trendy Western — Never received the sarees and other things ordered never received the refund

I ordered several sarees and one kurtha set on October 21 paying over 4500 rupees via net banking. THe company's names Trendy Western
that has only email and no customer care no. After the order is placed i received a conormation of order saying that the money was received and the products I ordered will be shipped soon. No sign of the products no respect to the emails i sent..Order no is TW12655. please help me to get the refund i have all the emails my email id is [protected]@gmail.com
