I have ordered two sarees under rs. 499/- category from your site triviyaa.com with order number: 68184.

But i have received different sarees which are waste material and completely different from one which i have ordered.

Received packet through blue dart awb#[protected] on 29th mar 18 and charged rs. 1178/-.

As it is not the one which i have ordered, i want to return this,...

I had ordered for a designer pretty kurti -001 on triviyaa.com last week. After placing the order i had not received any confirmation mail or sms. Yesterday 4th april i received the courier with a orange colour saree in it. I tried calling on the number thaat was mentioned on the slip... But the number is not available. I sent an email on retun. [protected]@gmai.com (Email id mentioned on the cover) ut there was no reply. I also sent an email...

Hi this is preeti from mumbai (401202) maharashtra. I have ordered 1 kurti at price of 399/- on triviyaa website through facebook. But received low quality saree on 3rd april 2018 via (Delhivery.com courior).

Trying to call their contact no ([protected]/[protected]) which is given on invoice. But numbers not connecting. Kindly help me out of this problem. And refund the money. (Rs.530/-) which i paid through cash on delivery......

I ve made order for kurti in triviyaa online sales site. The actual price was 399 and extra 100 rupees charged as cod fees and some extra charges. Finally rounded amount of 530 rupees I was to pay on delivery. Today 3rd April 2018 I received the courier and paid 530 rupees in cash. What I received was a cheap dress material and not the designet kurti I have ordered for. I am not able to place the return through website. Kindly take action...

I ordered 2 dresses and received cheap dupatta's in return. The courier guy didn't let me open the packet until i gave him the money. Now trying to reach the company but have false details on the website. Incorrect email i. D and number.
Strict action should be taken against these kind of fake companies. It is our hard earn money which they take....

I have ordered a lehenga.. My order no is poik66833 and i got a delivery today of lehenga which i have not ordered it means that product was totally different.. So i just wanted to return it back as soon as possible... Let me know when will u take that product from me... What's this y don't u check the product before u send... I had ordered one kurti of rs 530. A beautiful one of blue and white color. What i recievd is really a # its a piece of cloth no one can wear it. I just want my money back. Its a fake site. No contact and no return way no reply to email. I had called to delivery boy so many times he didnt pick up my call. When i called from other number he picked it up and said i dont know anything even he know that its a fake site...

I saw a ad and it was a blue kurti but i wanted to cancel it after sometime because i have never heard about this online shopping site and no cancellation option is there no phone number. Then finally got the delivery of the product and i received by paying. But in the package there was no kurti it was 3 sheets i am shocked how someone can fraud this much i thought might be the quality is compromised no not even that i get nothing ans something...

Manager i had ordered a saree on 24th march of cost ₹499 with total ₹ 638 but i got a fake product instead of the saree i ordered. The product is totally different from what i ordered. Date: 25th march, 2018. Received the same on date: 29th march, 2018.

I am very disappointed with the company.
They don't have any support system and also the numbers are not working.

Received different product: a cheap quality saree.
Want a refund now but the phone numbers of company are all invalid. And email id...

Sir my complaint about i have order a designer pretty kurti 003 order no 67820 dt 26th march 18 cost about rs.530 bt yesterday i have received a saree instead of kurti. Kindly pickup the parcel immediately and refund money soon.

It seems like a fraud shopping site. Address is wrong ph no is incorrect, how would we contact with you.

Send the correct contact no with a valid reply as soon as possible...
