I am connected to the router with LAN cable and Wifi however, It still says no Internet.
When I called the UCN broadband support, I was hung up by the Female agent. This is not the first time this same lady has been absolutely rude and unhelpful.
When I tried calling again I was hung up again as she recognised my voice.
If this the kind of customer service I am going to get, which is very unreliable and disgusting to say the least. I would be required to look at other options. Was this information helpful? |
