This is to draw the attention towards the extreme adversities I have been facing with your sales and immigration team specifically.

I have been enrolled with the organisation since January for a Canada PR plus Job package. I have not received a single job interview yet. The delay has continually blamed on Canada government. However, my issue has been communication with the agency. The PR team is irregular in responding to emails. They never pick up or return calls. There is high call avoidance.

Initially, I was associated with Armesh with whom I face issues like this. His English is crooked. He sends emails where he copy paste the link from Google directly on the email. He consistently asked me to switch to the study process if I am willing to expedite the process. Even in urgent situations Armesh took over 30 hours to send in an email.

When I raised a complaint against him, he saved himself by stating that Cryshelle is my allotted manager whereas to state a fact cryshelle has never called me. Not once in 7 months, no personal communication at all. This was a news to me that cryshelle is my allotted manager. Moving forward, I faced the same issue with cryshelle she wouldn’t respond to emails for 8 days in a row, later coming up with an excuse for a medical leave. The truth is she went on a medical leave 2 days after I had sent her the email and she chose not to respond because she had made a major blunder with the noc codes. She took a week to find a new noc code for my profile and ended up sharing the same noc code for me on the email with a copy pasted email. So basically, the noc code in use for me was 0125 and after 8-9 days 9f research she suggested me the exact same noc code again without knowing what code was previously in use. Then Armesh steps in to protect her telling me that a noc code change in not required. The question is, did she even look at my file.

Today I spoke with Cryshelle about the job application which was initiated 10 days ago and I had also confirmed her to move forward with the applications. 10 days later today, she again asks me to give me a confirmation for applying for the jobs. She does not look at her emails and has absolutely no focus on what she is doing. Please find the attached screenshots for better clarity. This is just getting worse and worse day by day. Cryshelle also very clearly mentioned to me and Paras ( we enrolled together) that this is an unsuccessful process why are you guys even wasting your time on this? Later when we took this up Divya ( sales rep), she called and begged paras to take the complaint back because the agency was parading her. cryshelle has been talking to Paras on WhatsApp and calls since the beginning of our enrolment but she never care to communicate with me over calls or WhatsApp even for professional communication. So, do the agents at Ufaber communicate with clients as per their own personal preference?

Then after a 100 complaints I got in touch with Raghav who repeatedly promised me that I wouldn’t face communication issues moving forward. However, he hardly ever responds to his emails. On Friday, 19th august, we had a call to discuss the courses that I can take if I proceed with study visa.
Please know that he got on a call with me after 3 days of calling, emailing and whatsapping him.

Raghav hopped on a call with me without properly reviewing my profile. He was making suggestions basis my work experience but did not know where I am currently working when I cross questioned him. He got really upset when I cross questioned about him reviewing my profile and consistently said if I have so many questions then he is not liable to waste his time on me and I can speak to other members of his team. He is a very busy man and he does not have time to waste. Upon me mentioning that this is work related and I have paid a hefty amount to the agency, the least you can do is simplify the process for me and answer my questions. He said that I have not paid any money to him. I have paid to the department and he has nothing to do with it.

I had no plans to study abroad whatsoever, Armesh and other team members consistently advised me to take up the study process because they too believed that job process has not been very successful for other candidates as well.

I finally started with Ielts preparation and looking for courses. However, communication is like experiencing hell with the immigration and sales team specifically. They have no focus, they don’t read their emails and they are rude. Extremely rude.

The content team and the study team is doing their job perfectly. I wonder what’s wrong with the sales and immigration team. Extremely unpleasant experience I have had with Rahhav specifically. Argumentative and disrespectful! Raising his voice consistently and not letting me speak over call. Disconnecting the call and telling me that I have paid to the agency and he is not liable to put in any extra efforts to help me finalise the course because I am paying the department and not him directly. Just FYI I have the call recorded and I’ll make sure this does not happen to anyone else.

I have paid your agency 1 lakh rupees and I have not received anything that was promised. PR plus job. Not even a single interview I have received yet. My CRS score was too low for getting PR - 393 yet your sales team fooled me into enrolling for PR and I have got nothing. No PR. no Job in Canada. Plus I have to struggle for basic communication because you feel you are not entitled to waste time on my questions. Your team has been constantly misbehaving when asked questions especially the way Raghav raised his voice and argumentatively tried shut me up. I will not let this slide. If your company can’t deliver what was promised, please return my money. I have paid this money from my hard earned money in instalments. Both Raghav and Armesh curate back up stories to defend themselves and they are together promoting inaction in team. The sales and immigration team has done enough damage to my time, money and peace of mind, you are my last resort of resolution now.

I AM TIRED OF CALLING AND EMAILING AND BEING IGNORED. I have put my time and money at stake. Your team is telling me that I have paid the agency not them. They do not answer calls, questions or emails for months and days. They do not even look at the profile of the client or the email threads.Please help me get my money back.
