[Resolved]  Unicon — payment delay

My client ID is U30708, which is related to the commodity online trading.Every thing was smoothly going during the tenure of three years of demat account opening. But, recently I am facing very bad experience with their service.I applied for the payout twenty days ago via proper channel.Surprsingly, it is kept unhonoured and more over there is no human beings to lift the telephone I sent many mails to their help desk.That also thrown into the dust bin without any reply.The sub broker is unable to do any thing and he is not having any answer about the situation . What would happened?. Is there any serious issue is going on? What will happen to our money, hardly earned and invested?. At the early stage itself, the authorities like SEBI has to seriously monitor and control the issue. Otherwise, many investers will be affected. Regards, M.Ranganathan

Did you get any response. Did you get any check and it got bounced. I guess you need to complain to SEBI at the earliest.
