Too difficult to understand the process of recharging a sim card that i purchased from uniconnect. I was using their thailand sim and their website for recharging the sim was honestly quite bad. It took me more than 2 hours to figure that out and finally i had to call up their customer support who said that they cant help i will have to go through the website to recharge the number. I spent 1300 rs for no services or support from their team. What use would that be to anyone.
