Uniconnect Sim — Bad experience with uniconnect sims

I have had a very bad experience with uniconnect sims online purchasing process. I clearly remember marking a nano SIM card for Hongkong and also mentioning the recharge value for that sim i wanted to purchase.i made the payment amounting to rs 4500 and was awaiting SIM card delivery. 2 days before my flight when I checked why the sim wasn't delivered I was told that there is no sales record under the transaction I made, I went thru three levels of call transfers before someone apologised for their poor systems and spoke of the delivery, . I used that SIM card only because I had already spent that money on it. There is no chance that I will ever use any services from uniconnect sims. Ever!
