Really bad customer services --- I was using a uniconnect international sim in Australia.. Any which ways I had heavily for that SIM card with all the recharge money and all and I was experiencing troubles while connecting calls. I was kept on hold for 10 mins before I could be attended to. They man barely understood my problem, transferred the call, kept on hold again for 5 mins and the next person in line said that the network was fine but was issue with my handset. The customer staff was rude, not at all interested in listening to problems. They just wanted to disconnect and close the call. Really pathetic
