Uniconnect Sim — Uniconnect have really bad customer care

Uniconnect have really bad customer care --- their staff is rude and very irresponsible. I had this experience with them when I called them from Dubai when my sim started acting up and popped messages like validity going to be over in a days time, while I had purchased the sim only 3 days before that. When I voiced this concern, their staff yelled and asked me to recharge for some 2500 rs again to extend it. It seemed like they wanted to take out as much money as they could from me. I don’t have any regards for Uniconnect anymore..
