[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — amount deducted from bank account but didn't credit in my mobile no. | |||
My money was deducted from my bank account but my recharge was not successful. I did a upi payment of 299 on telenor.in website for recharging my father's number that is [protected] but it was not successful. During the whole process the webpage was closed after the payment but then i got an email saying it doesn't happen usually don't worry your will not be deducted but still my bank account balance deducted by rs 299 and i want my money back and i don't want to do the recharge. On registering my complain first they refused and asked me to wait 4 hours then they told me i have escalated your complain please wait till 12th march. Why would i wait 12th march i want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 9, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved First they told me to wait 4 hours after waiting for 4 hours when I called them they again told me to wait till 12 March.
Why I would wait so much for my hard earned money. Uninor / Telenor customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
