Union Bank Of India — Kendriya vidyalaya fee

I have paid my kendriya vidyalaya fee of ₹3150 twice, on 14 Jan 2024 and on 1 Feb 2024, through UPI from the official website. Both the times the amount has been debited but on first try the fee is not showing to be paid and displaying unsuccessful attempt. Second time the payment was successful. I am Prince Yadav of class 11th, Kendriya Vidyalaya Bamrauli Prayagraj. So kindly refund my money
