Union Bank Of India — Sent money to wrong number from Gpay

Hi Team,
By mistake I have entered one wrong digit mobile number while sending money from Gpay and it went to wrong person. I have contacted to Gpay customer service they informed me since cr & dr is happening by bank so it should it handled by bank. Then I contacted the customer care they recommended me to raise a compliant from Branch . I have sent my father to branch to raise a compliant and Bank employees are denning to take the compliant as they told transaction is done from GPay we can't do anything . I can say branch employees are least interested to take the compliant . I can't expect such kind of answers from a such a reputed bank . Please help me on this regards.
