On 16th august 2019, two men from unisyn enterprises claimed to be tata sky executive have told us about a new set top box of hd+ with usb port etc.. Giving for 4999rs we being 10yrs customer of tata sky we're offered same box for rs 1850.. They took the payment through paytm that time and told me after five days it will be installed.. Till date i have not got any calls regarding anyone for installation.. When i called the customer care they say they are not running any offers on set top box like this.. When we call them up they are not lifting phones and not refunded my money also.. Please resolve my issue. Was this information helpful? |
