Dear team,
I have tata sky connection at home, customer id – [protected]. On 26th may 2018, one of your executive visited our home and explained us about the 1350/- inr offer for taking hd. I took that offer and did the payment, through check, after that i was asked to make a recharge of 200 for getting the services started. It has been more than three months that neither i have received the hd setup box nor the services are been started. Moreover the my tatasky balance is decreasing day by day. Trying to reach rakesh (Unisyn enterprises-tata sky) number [protected], he won't respond at all. Now i am fed up with the tata sky people. I need my refund back. Please do it asap.
Please look into the matter and resolve it asap, else i have to go to some higher authority to get the issue resolved.
