Unisyn Enterprises — refund of my amount for installation of tata sky services

We have paid an amount of Rs 2164 for installation of tata sky services on 09/08/2019 .That person has told us that we will get connection within 7 days but as of now it is 12 days still we have not received any connection and setup box .While trying to reach the contact number he was given no one is answering the call.i want to get the refund of Rs.2164 for not getting any installation of tatasky services.
