I have purchased a tshirt from UCB store on 9th november 2016 today i wore it and there was a hole in the tshirt so what i will do now with it the first time i wear it and it has been damaged tell me what to do now i have purchased it from your company store from mumbai palladium mall and i am a resident of durg chhattisgarh so kindly tell me about what i will do with the tshirt now...

I have bought benetton shoes from flipkart. After use of two times when shoes got wet in rain and after that it looks horrible, color has fade and fabric shrinked. now its worthless its totally wastage of money.i enclose picture of that shoes after use.
I have requested to return the shoes from flipkart, but as per their policy 30 days have been past now they are not able to return the shoes....

Few months ago i purchased a trouser from ucb bhopal.It became fade after 2-3 wash and its colour is leak.leaked colour badly overcome on other clothes which were washed along with this worst quality product, it was last time i had purchased ucb product.kindly maintain the quality if the customer is paying you for good quality product.

I bought this shoe "ucb men's brown leather sneaker -11 uk" in the month of june 2016 and just in 3 months time one of my shoe is changing its colour. I bought canvas shoes from amazon in april 2016 order #[protected]. Within few months of rare usage, the cloth is beginning to tear off. This is unexpected from a company like ucb. I have purchased a ucb jeans from amanora towncenter hadapsar pune maharashra 411028, on 05/03/2016 & made payment through hdfc card ending 5780 for rs.5398/- for 2 jeans.
The quality of material is really very bad, like a old cloth. It got damaged in 6 months from purchase date.
This is very unexpected from a brand like ucb.
Non branded jeans also people can use for minimum 2 years,...

I purchased this trouser from UCB factory outlet on Chandigarh road in Punjab. I washed this trouser for the first time and it has actually been worn off. It is actually very disappointing. It has actually developed the thing that comes on a sweater . The quality of the product was very low.I had not expected this to happen after first wash.t hanks...

I enquired while purchasing that is it exchangeable or not? The staff informed that i can exchange the same so i bought the same. When i have gone for exchange the size required was not available...

I bought these shoes in 50% sale at inr.2200.00 so ideally the actual should have been 4400+tax. Imagine such an expensive shoes and you can't even go even 1 week with it. Right foot shoes stitches came off.

I bought sneaker shoes from ucb and within a week it's sole got ripped off. I wore the shoes only for a week and that too in office. I don't use the shoes roughly by any means. I asked the store manager to replace my shoes but they refused to do so. Later after many requests they said they mailed the company about our complain but company too refused to replace my shoes....

The sales boy at Benetton showroom at Elante Chandigarh Was not interested in showing us the clothes And when we went around looking clothes he got irritated . The way he behaved I don't think that I'll ever go their store again . He is getting paid to show us the stuff at the store and that guy was not willing to show anything instead he got irritated...

To start with, i genuinely hope that the brand does not feel that its bigger than customer needs, the moment you start feeling so, that's the starting point of your downfall (And this is coming from a retail professional at the higher management in some other reputed brand in the market, who has shopped from one of your stores, and can be best termed as "pissed off" with your customer service!)
