University Grants Commission — complaint regarding arrear

I am research scholar at department of sociology, delhi school of economics, university of delhi. I have partly received the arrear of january february and march 2019. I have received ₹4500 and ₹6000 on 1.07.2019. While the rest of the amount of ₹7500 is still due. Please look into the matter and do the needful.
