I went into the program under the MBA section but after realizing that it is a certification program and not a degree program, I decided to withdraw then requested for a Refund of my deposit Rs.35, 000/- on 10th Jan, from the IMT Ghaziabad's PGPM.
I have been scheduled for career counseling and alumni meet post cancellation requests in which I was not very much convinced. I also understand from the program page that "I shall cancel and apply for refund" before the program commencement date in which refund will be processed. Program start date is 31st Jan 2022 wherein I submitted my refund form on 10th Jan 2022 itself (same day on which payment was processed).

Though I submitted the refund form they have not processed it for few weeks mentioning that the program counselor (basically a Sales Person) have informed the internal team without my consent or approval that i will be proceeding with other courses hence refund not required. When i ask about this they are saying that its their internal process and if a counselor says student is retained then refund will not be processed. IT' make me feel like A SCAM and shows how they value Student's input.
Student's input or feedback will be considered only until they make payment and once the payment is done this is how you will be treated.
After explaining and writing so many emails, now they have been forcing me to choose some course or 10000rs will be deducted for caution deposit and i will have to wait for another 30 "working" days to get the refund. I am very doubtful o[censored]pgrad's Support/Service and feel like caught in the hand of Goondas.
