My name is Rohith Robin, lives in Kerala. Upgrad said that they will provide admission from International University of Applied Sciences Berlin, and I paid Rs. 280000, as my 1st year fees. But after paying the money and submitting the documents my application was rejected by the university. After that tried contacting Upgrad several times but they didn't respond. Just a week ago they responded saying we will not refund. Now I lost both my admission and money. In the response email by upgrad they are telling that the batch was started, so that we cannot refund but I didn't even get the admission, then how will the batch start for me. During the enrollment the executive o[censored]pgrad had promised me that in case your admission is rejected by the university, we will provide a 100% refund and now they are saying we cannot refund.
