Every lead might not be a possibile conversion. Sales agents might need to understand and should stop being annoying and rude. Diplomatically when the consumer/lead rejects an offer, sales executive should respect the lead.
But, Upgrad's sales executive who called me, unsure may be to complete his target, kept asking annoying questions despite my rejection and behaved rude stating am wasting his time.
From a consumer stand, before purchasing a product I might enquire at few other vendors to understand the value of it.
