Hi, i have been observing the Upgrad services post registering the service, they wont understand ur issue, they will convince you to und them and when i have chose upgrad the student counselor said he will be helpfull at any time and for any issues but i cant reach him because he wont lift the calls normally and student mentors too however when i made complaints they wont revert back immediately for the resolutions, they will take there time 1 week, 1, 3 even after escalations . iam tired of their services and ...and i have explained couple of people in the company about the issues that iam a working professional and because of the deadlines and timinings and course subjects and the lectures its really gettign hard for me to coup up with them however i have tried to adjust but that is startedd impacting my carrier i mean daily deliverables with my current client office, i did tried to explain them but still its the same nothing progress ..and no calls and no communication regarding my isssues, then i had stop the service thought they would atleast try to communicate and try understand but they didnt because every month iam paying / auto debit from my account then i und so since then iam paying they would not consider my mistake, i thought to stop these payments suddenly i was affected with Covid i gave the info to student upgrad regarding this, then i said stop the service and stop the auto debit from my account this impact my money and also my healt conditions too bad but they didnt, this is really a cruelty of the service then i escalated this again the person gave me call and tried to get the details, i have submitted all the proofs medical reprots and statements and everything then imagine its the same msg commity is not agreeing ...i am done with this torture they cannot torture a person in this time such an inhumanity behavior and i stoped the SI to stop the auto deduct but now the Zest money team behind me for the rest of the ammount... this what it is such a reputated company and team should try understand the problem and react up on it accly with the good understading instead they tortured me...Please stop this service iam reallly not satisfied with your service i cannot continue with such Team further ...
