Urban Company — AC gas leaked by servicing guys

I booked cleaning my split AC with Urban Clap. Today on 26th April 24 2 guys did the cleaning and before leaving they told me that gas is low in the AC and he can refill the gas in Rs 2000 and if I get gas refilled through UC it will cost me 2500/-. My AC was working perfectly fine before these guys cleaned it and now its not cooling at all. Faisal intentionally leaked the gas so that he gets more business from us. Faisal also gave his contact number to me so that I call him again. His contact number is [protected]. I feel deceived as THESE GUYS HAVE INTENTIONALLY LEAKED AC GAS and now my AC is not cooling.
I want Urban clap to refill the gas at its own cost and make my AC work as it was before these guys cleaned
