I bought a laptop in April 2023 from UsedYetNew.com seller and Amazon being the online platform. it worked fine for 2.5 months post which its screen blanked out suddenly without any reason and has never come back. I have been following up with the company since 26.06.2023 to fix but the company hasnt been able to fix it. Now they have stopped responding to emails & phone calls.
I want to file a complaint on the company for mentally harassing the customer, selling bad quality product & not entertaining warranty claim. Was this information helpful? |
