Dolphin Gas Systems does not understand the urgency of a gas leak in the premises. Our building in Koregaon Park, Pune has a centralized gas distribution system handled by Dolphin gas. I have been calling them since the last 5 days requesting them to attend to the leak on an urgent basis, but no response is given. Every time I am called I am given another number to call at and made to run in circles. Such an irresponsible agency should not handle critical utilities such as gas distribution.
