MY order number is 253169
Plz avoid this site, worthless clothes of extremely poor quality. Don't get fooled by the pics shown on the portal, product which will be delivered to you will be no where near to the product shown. Refund policy is very troublesome and call centre agents are most unprofessional with very little knowledge or no knowledge . This company does not honour any commitment so plz be very wary before dealing with this company. My order number was #239251, company refused to reimburse the full courier charges I had incurred for the reverse courier to the company, despite assurance from it's agents and floor supervisor that they will reimburse full cost which I'll incur . The agents manning the customer care centre is basically a pack liers, they told me that reverse pick up facility has been discontinued by the company and the customer is supposed to ship back the product but he is reimbursed full amount which he or she incurs in this process. Today a agent told me that reverse pick up is very much there and company will reimburse only Rs 100/- to a customer for shipping back the product despite the cost he or she incurs on shipping back the product. So for Gods sake avoid this site or else you will be mentally harassed to the hilt combined with monetary loss.
