[Resolved] Uttamvastra.com — Refund not received

My order no is 309353 (ordered on 08.03.2016).The product is already returned (couriered by me spending Rs 190 more) and received by UV on 21.03.2016. but when we confirming about my refund they told me that as policy 15 days required for processing. After 15 days still no refund received, while contacting customer care again, now they want another 7 days for refund process. They don't give complaint number or reference number. Very frustrating as a VALUED customer and poor response from Uttam vastra management.

Updated by Shilpa Jarial Refund of total for two items (one item 649 + shipping charge 100, second item 299 + shipping charge 100)= Rs 1148 + returned courier charge of Rs 190 for above two items.
Grand total refund = Rs 1338 /-
