Uttamvastra.com — Still waiting for my complaint feedback-252069

I order a product from uttamvastra.com with order number 252069 on dated 17.02.2016.. there has some issue in size and colour so that i create a request to their call canter on return and refund but after followup 1 month no one come to pick the product then i got a mail from uttam vastra team that please send your product by your own self we will pay the courier charges that i send the product to uttam vastra address and which is confirmed by altmash patel form uttam vastra team that the prdocut is received by them and the refund will be initiate with in 4-5 day.. now is 1.4..2016 and i am still follwing them to refund but no one give proper response and no refund has been credit in my account
i am attaching courier slip & courier receipt slip inwhich clearly mention that the product is receieved by uttamvastra
