UttaraKhand Technical University — our college management

This is to complain about our college [thdc-ihet] management system. There is no fixed rules for anyone. My main issue is that i wanted to leave hostel facilities but director didn't allowed but till last year many students are allowed. I am facing some serious issues related mess facility and want to leave hostel. Their are different rules for boys and girls, if boys are allowed to leave hostel without any particular reason why restrictions for girls only and then people talk about equality. Please go through my issue. Thank you.
