I had sold my Maruti Swift Dezire Car (RC No. UP14BK 0131) to Spinny on dt.[protected]. As per agreement commitment had been given that within 180 days RC will be transferred but it is more then 447 days over but till date RC has not been transferred.
Spinny is a worst company and the entire staff is giving you false promises. They will tell you one thing and you trust them and later they don't care to fulfill their promises. I reached out to their customer care, escalation team, support team multiple times and no one is doing anything. It is now more than 200 days and my car RC paper is not transferred. I have a big risk whether my car is in the safe hand. I have also wrote to the Spinny...
