Due to lockdown, my tickets got cancelled and the amount is on their credit shell.
For the last 4 months, I am taking follow ups from VIA.COM for my refund they are not supportive at all. In the email, they told me that they will take follow-ups from SPICE jet for the amount but after 10 days when I asked them status, they said like you only have to ask the spice jet team.
They have credited the amount to VIA.COm but they never updated me on this, today I got confirmation from spice jet that they have refunded the amount to VIA.com on 16 April 2021
After my enquiry they told me yes we have received it just now and we will take 15-20 days to refund back.
