My laser sessions are pending. I tried to reach out to the employees and customer care many time but got no proper response.

Their office is closed down for many months now and are not giving a proper date of reopening of the of center.

Dispite warning them of taking legal action, they do not care to respond back. I am greatly disappointed by their reckless behavior. I want this issue to be addressed at the earliest.
