I am writing this email to request for a refund. I joined vibes laser hair removal-Full Body program on 08 March 2020, and paid the amount of RS.50000 .I could take only 1 session for 2 body parts after which lockdown started because of COVID. My plan was on EMI and it became very difficult to pay bank`s EMI. I am unable to pay my EMI from last 2 months and they are adding up penalty and late fees on the remaining amount. I called VIBES to stop my plan but they explained to me this is not possible, then I called the bank for the same and they asked me to pay the remaining amount.
Now I was informed that this branch is not in operation and planning to relocate and if I want to take service I should go to Green park or Pitampura branch which is more than 15 kms far from my residence which makes it impossible to take services there. Now when the lockdown is over and I intend to take service, but due to closing down of your Preet Vihar branch this is not possible.
I want you to refund my money because of non-execution of services promised by your salon.I am attaching my payment receipt with this email for your reference. Waiting for your positive response.
