Hello team,
A technician who visited my house from Videocon raised a complaint for my videocon fridge by my number [protected] on 17th Aug 2021. This request was for a spare part which got approved on the same day. However the part is still not dispatched.
Everytime I call customer care they are assuring that this has been escalated and you need not to call again.
Technician who visited my place just looked for 5 minutes and just charged me the visit charge and went. From that day I am struggling to get a response when my fridge will get repaired.
I am not getting any positive response so looking for support.
