Sir, i totally disappointed from vipul services. I was admitted got treatment for kidney injury and abdomen injury. I sent the claim reports. But the authority raised a query that i had admitted for investigation purpose. But i was not admitted for checkup or investigation purpose, i got treatment and medical expenses incurred and medical records shows, that i sent. Pls refer my claim query and give reasonable reimbursement amount.
