My daughter purchased this item on 5th of november 2018 but up to now did not receive it.
Since january i send mail 8 e-mails informing that the item has not been received. The customer service replied to the first two e-mails assuring that they will look into the matter and solv it. I think it was an automatical answer, no proper action was ever taken to find the item. As we still did not received the item, i continued to send reminders but i did not receive any more any answer.
My conclusion: i will never ever buy anything from this company.
I will strongly reccomend others possible customers to think twice before placing an order. We just lost 125 $. Was this information helpful? |
