I signed a contract ( Canada Migration) with Visas & Permits on July 2019. They asked me to pay 90000 INR in two installments . Along with that, as a requirement, I had done WES certificate assessment for myself and wife which almost cost 40000 INR . I took a hard effort to collect all the reference letters from my previous companies. Then on June 2020, I got an email from visas & Permits that they are closing all services in India. As per the agreement, if they are withdrawing my case, they have to return back all the money . Please find the attached copies of agreement & payment.
