I have contact Visawide Immigration in Jan 2023 for the Job assistance in Canada. Ms. Manmeet from Visawide Immigration informed me that charges for the services are Rs 3000+GST. She sent me the mail with the full process. I repeatedly confirmed with Ms Manmeet about whether there are additional hidden charges but she declined. Once I paid the amount of 3000 +GST, I received an email asking me to pay another 40000 + GST for the further processing. I immediately confronted the organisation for the misleading information. After subsequent conversations with the officials of the organisation, they agreed to refund the half amount i.e. 1500. I insisted on full refund, but they declined. I want the full refund of rs 3000 from the organisation as they have not misled me and taken the money from me and they asked for further money.
