Sir,
I have ordered 2 pairs of spectacles on 30.7.2018 in your Saligramam outlet Chennai. Paid Rs.3798 tax invoice [protected] dt 30.7.2018.
The spects which got ready is defective from reading angle. The showroom is helpless and Mr. Balakumar lab tech was called to analyse the defect. As on date i
Have not yet got both the pairs ordered over 40 days back
I am unable to go to my doctor for review without the new spectacles. I am really feeling bad and inclined to cancel the order. Please understand my mental stress, cancel the order placed on 30th July 2018 with Chennai Saligramam outlet and refund the money to me.
