Visionet Systems — Please help me from gitanjali Singh | |||||
I joined the company Visionet looking at the good google review but later got to know that all of them were fake. After joining I got to know that the company was run by gitanjali who is the secretary of the company Managing director. She uses foul language to all her staff members and will speak in very polite manner in front of the Management. She has no family and therefore family life, she will be after everyone day and night, abusing and chasing, not because others need to perform but because she has to prove her numbers right. She is a menace to the company and the society. A secretary who was made Chief of Strategy & chief of Sales. Fires anyone who speaks evenly to her within one day. They had a policy of termination on 15 days notice, but since more than 200 people left in less than 1 year, they made it 90 days. Everyone from leadership is planning to leave soon.
