This is been three years since vispark technologies started and someone or the other has been posting here to make everyone aware of the facts.

Till date you will find Managing director"s husband vijay sir, coming to office to open and close as a security guy and does all cleaning wholeday along with his brother. He is a slave to her wife who stays in mother in law house and sllogs here but no money. Everyone he meets whether a employee or a tenant he asks for money and drinks. That is his reputation in jp nagar, but he boasts on inlaws money. He lies he has pg in btm but all are closed long back he is nothing but a bheekari with no work except peeping into everyone nose who is in vispark. He doesnt even know a corporate culture, he is a illcultured slave who opens his mouth with worst slangs all the time.

Vispark is giving rent for most of workstations feeling they have all amenities but I think they have never seen a it company orelse they will never say this. No proper internet, no water supply, no cafeteria, no proper work station but they will be behind rent everytime with every tenant. They have no proper authorisation for renting the space and they are even tenants when for non payment of their rent, the owner comes and shouts most of the months.

The attribution rate of vispark is 150 percent as they never pay salary on time as per government standards, no id cards, no email, no training for freshers but they want results every month from you making someone's like hell.

They have changed their website to a product development company but real is its just a simple consultancy who struggle to get business in that also, there is no software engineer nor have they done even one work in development.

Although the managing director is a ladies, but ladies are not at all safe their. Most of the time she will not be there at office and enjoying with others with our money. There are employees who with that fear couldn't do their final settlement also. They hire a tenth fail also like Shridhar as recruiter and manage business who doestnt know anything apart from drinking. He is just a informer internally for which he is paid for and the most stable employee for last 3years. They dont have a in and out time monitoring process and make people slog for 11 12 hours Saturday and suday even with no extra payment.

Vani, the managing director doesnt even know anything technically and just cz have family money running busineas. Very adamant woman with all attitude, no culture at all calls employees slaves and dogs and u cannot decide anything just have to follow her.

Recently they have started new idea of grabbing money from innocent people as training. Its a trap people, do no fall into it nor your near n dear ones allow.

Vispark is a good cheater, cheats with employees, candidates and clients. There is a client Eka software who have kicked them out as a vendor for some cheats. They are simple fraudsters who run the business with all fools. So BE AWARE PEOPLE, just read the employee negetive remarks already posted. To prove themselves right they have fakely created a google id and making good comments ther to bluff candidates.

No proper systems, all pirated softwares no legal registrations, no government law followed.
