I have also ordered a smart watch through crossfit, 399 pft, prayagraj-212208 and a watch delivered which was not according to my specification. In response to my mail an automated message received by providing a whatsapp number ([protected]) which appears to be a bogus number. Immediate action to be taken again these people befor they cheat many others. I have lodged a police complaint with the commissioner of the police, prayagraj.
