Hi,
I would like to inform that i booked a flight from delhi to indore on april 9th 2021.But due to flight reschdule i am not comfort with new rescheduled flight.So i request for cancellation and request for full refund.My complaint has submitted from your side.And says to me that i call to agent after 24 hours.When i called to our agent which is goibibo and flipkart .They told me that there is no request raise for cancellation from your company.so please share screenshot of cancellation request.
Again i callec vistara customer care.but they don't provide me any comformation.so i complaint to you please provide comformation of canellation and full refund .Otherwise i have no option.I am going to consumer forum.and also logde a complaint to DGCA.
