Hi,
We took family ownership plan name -8320 on 26th May 2022. 2 days later we tried booking the service on 28th may 2022, however the customer care didnt pick our calls. They just keep IVR going on.
Further issues:
1) Promised interest free debit card EMI- however bank is charging full interest
2) Promised 4-5 start hotels while offering rooms in 2 star hotels
Later when we called sales person Deepa Choudhary - she also never picked the calls. Hence we asked them to cancel the membership immediately on 29th May 2022. However since then we just have been calling with no / negative response from the team.
