I subscribed for viveks homeserve last month dated 04/08/2018 for my carrier (1.5t) and samsung (1 t) ac. Job no 1034754 & 1035189. Till date they have not been repaired and worst part is even after 40 days, they did not even diagnose what the problem is. They took 15 days after payment to pick up the units and now its more than 40 days, they don't have any clue about problem diagnosis & also not given spare ac for these 40 days. On top of it, they charge unreasonably for spares and gas filling, despite committing that gas filling and regular service are free under amc. They did not honour what they have promised. Pls look into issue & deliver what was promised to customer. Also exempt late delivery penalty charges (750/- for each ac) from bill & deliver the units at the earliest.
