Sub lg not keeping up their promises and inordinate delay in replacing defective lg refrigerator
I had purchased lg shiny steel refrigerator through viveks stores nanganallur on 5th sept 2018 against their bill no. 044218 model sbs glb 247 at the time of delivery while unpacking itself dents were noticed and brought to the notice of the delivery persons who had scanned the damaged portion and informed the concerned persons. I was conveyed that lg has offered 3 options and i could adhere to any one of these ie free extended warranty for 1 year replacement with new fridge or replacement of damaged door i had communicated that as i had invested huge amount for this fridge i wanted a new replacement which was agreed upon. I was informed that the new replacement would be made within a week
Now it is over a month but no replacement with new fridge so far further i was informed by viveks that lg mumbai has communicated that only door would be changed which is contrary to what they had promised this is not acceptable to me and i want a new fridge replacement only as i have paid for the fridge a big huge amount
Why this delay of over 1 month for new replacement
Is this the lg attitude to its customer does the policy of lg states going back on the promised deal why dented door was supplied to me in the first place
