Vlebazaar — I'm complaining about my refund

I have been ordered Havells 5in1 hair styler from vlebazaar at july18th.I didn't received my product yet.one day they sent message that your order was cancelled.But didn't received any refund.I have raised many complaints from july18th to now.But no use.Now they said they paid money to vlebazaar wallet.How can we get money from wallet.I want direct transfer to my bank account or gpay.i paid 1899 on buying this product
