Vlebazaar — Over 1 and half months. Not got refund in my original payment method

My name is Pradeep Kumar, I purchased a 'One Plus Mobile' dated at[protected] at VleBazaar online shopping centre. Whose prepaid Rupees 18, 999.00/- order id - #2042925, Dated 16/03/2023 I cancelled this product for my another problem, Money refunded at 'vle bazaar' wallet at dated 16/03/2023, but not refund my money original account, Manya timis call 'vle bazaar' customer care, They are saying same issue, early resolve this problem within 2 and 3 days. So I requesting to yours please resolve this problem, I will very much obliged.
