DEAR SIR,
I AM Vodafone idea customer now they call VI.
On 19th Sept I received SMS as my Amazon prime service is auto renewed.
After getting sms I immediately send SMs to stop and also called VI customer care and notified that why its auto renewed and there is no prior information. They said money won't be charge and call after billing cycle. I called 3 times after that and now today they said till 6 pm it will get resolved.
On 10th OCT I called and that time they said it will resolve by 12 th morning.
This is very frustrating experience .
