Vodafone — Porting message sending blocked by vodafone

My experience with vodafone idea is quite bad in terms of poor network/signals/call drop apart from irritating messages from vodafone at the time of nearing recharge. It is really disgusting that when I have the validity but you are flashing messages like 'your services are going to expire and you will not be able to call or send message' I am aware about all these things still such messages are really disgusting and irritating. So I decided to port my no. to some other service provider. Please help me send message to 1900 which appears to have been blocked intentionally by you which cannot hold me changing my decision rather it prompted me to get rid of you vodafone.
